“The Web Weaver warns you to address your behavior in all areas. Where are you being dishonest with others and yourself? Are you fearful that you’ll be left out in the cold and abandoned if you don’t relinquish control? Your strand in the web is beautiful and unique, and you don’t need to camouflage who you really are in order to manipulate results. You’re challenged to stand tall in your perfect imperfections, see yourself truly, and allow the pattern of your life to be woven into the beauty meant for you and you alone. Keep in mind that you did what you did, you’ll get what you got. The web remembers everything. Do something different this time and watch a miracle. This applies to all your questions in the moment… for everything is connected.”
This card is from a new deck Heather just bought me for Christmas from Colette Baron-Reid, Wisdom of the Hidden Realms!
This is kind of a heavy card to pull Christmas day after emerging from all the spendy energy and just general heaviness this holiday seems to hold for so many of us. Even if you absolutely LOVE Christmas, or the Holiday season, there does tend to be this general experience of exhaustion and/or struggle. It’s a very direct, intentional card that calls us out on our crap.
“Address your behavior in all areas.”
I don’t know about you, but when I read that, I immediately felt like I was in trouble and knew exactly what it was talking about. Just me?
Are we actually in trouble? Not at all. But where your mind went is what you need to clean up. If you feel like you don’t know how to, that’s totally okay because you’re not meant to. Hand it over to the Spirit and let your Angels sort it out. All you need to do is focus on the moment in front of you and do what you feel called to do. That’s enough.
How do you hand something over to your Higher Power?
Pair a physical action with your intention to let something go. Hold in your mind, “Angels, please take this from me and help me align with the best possible solution for all parties.” Then write it down on a piece of paper and put it in a mason jar. Or take a really deep breath in and exhale fully until you can feel a physical difference in how you were holding yourself before versus after.
Your willingness makes all the difference.
It is a compilation of these simple moments that add up and help us redirect over time. When we’re willing to hand it all over, things find us as if by magic, at exactly the perfect moment. It doesn’t mean there won’t be times of hustle. But you will be lead by inspiration and determination rather than have-tos and should-dos.
And then this, “…you don’t need to camouflage who you really are in order to manipulate results.”
Jo Anna Rothman once asked me something along the lines of, “what if you stopped looking at this part of yourself as a bad thing?” This perception truly is amazing. God does not see us as bad or good, he loves all his children as a whole. That leaves the spiritual response to be forgiveness and acceptance of the self and then, of course, loving it.
But before we can even get to that point, we have to be willing to look the truth of the matter in the face and admit ourselves what’s up. Which is what this message is really saying at its core. Be real with yourself. It’s okay. There’s nothing to be afraid of. You are worthy of love no matter what. Don’t forget it and don’t be scared to look in the dark corners of your soul. It’s there you will set yourself free.
The great news is, things begin to feel a lot better after we begin.
Please don’t confuse “feeling better” with easy. This is not what I mean. It will take courage to continue showing up for yourself. But you’ve got plenty of it. You just might be out of practice. 😉 Hop to it!
