Hello There!

I go by many names; Meg, Moo Moo, Megan, Megana, Mega-N. But around the interwebs people call me Megan Monique. I’ve always loved my middle name. So when I started blogging, that’s what I decided to call myself.

I’m constantly finding new and improved ways to experience my “happy” in life. It seems every 6 months or so a wave of shift appears and suddenly I’m searching for “happy” in a different place.

Mostly, I find my joy in my writing.

I have a unique gift for seeing and hearing desires of others. I feel most alive when I am in an engaging, authentic conversation with someone.

I love helping other people find and hear their own voice. Not just that, but giving them tools to begin listening to it.

I do this through Soul Sessions and various other online self-discovery courses.

In my home, I’m a Mom to Sawyer Grey and a Wife to Brian Charles. These are my most valued roles. Having a happy, healthy family is my first priority.

If you really knew me, you’d know….

♥ I sometimes drink A1 sauce out of the bottle.

♥ I spent 3 months on a road trip from Texas to Northern California with just me and my dog. It changed my life.

♥ I had a son in August of 2012. I’ll never relate to myself or others the same again. I love deeper, judge less and soften a little more each day.

♥ That I don’t always tell you want you want to hear. But I will always tell you the truth.

♥ That I unexpectedly love being married and being a Mom.

♥ That I compulsively rearrange furniture. (I like creating new energy, what can I say?)

♥ That I’m constantly trying to be better. Do better. See clearer.

♥ That I’m in a constant state of reinvention.

♥ I have a tie dye addiction.

♥ I make some damn good Sweet Tea.

♥ That I am mostly a very peaceful person.

♥ That I sometimes tell people what they don’t want to hear, but need to hear.

♥ That what’s most important to me is being truthful in all that I do.
