Ancient Secrets Meditation is built on four ancient Vedic proclamations — the Mahavakyas — from the teachings of Tulshi Sen. We spend two sessions on each, moving progressively deeper into conscious creation. Everything is sequenced; the mind is prepared for each new level before you step into it.

With over 30 years as a Registered Therapist, Clinical Counseling Supervisor, and Ancient Wisdom Spiritual Life Coach, Tammy has helped therapists, coaches, and helping professionals reclaim their energy, rediscover their purpose, and guide clients to true transformation — not just bandaging wounds, but life-long deep healing change.

She studies directly under Tulshi Sen — author of Ancient Secrets of Success and a teacher born and raised in the Himalayas, now living in Toronto — and meets with him regularly to deepen her own practice. She doesn't just teach this work. She lives it.

Common Questions

I've tried meditation before and I just can't shut off my brain. Will this work for me?

That's actually a great sign — it means your brain is working exactly as it should. Meditation was never about turning the mind completely off (that's just a myth). It's about learning to focus the mind so you can slow it down. In Ancient Secrets Meditation, we use active sounding (chanting) specifically because it gives the busy brain something to anchor to, while releasing tension from the nervous system. You will leave calmer than you arrived. Every time.

I'm already overwhelmed. I don't have time to add one more thing.

If you scroll social media for more than 90 minutes a week — you already have the time. The average person spends 2.5 hours a day scrolling, and research links that directly to increased anxiety, isolation, and depression. This is 90 minutes a week. And regular meditation actually releases chemicals that slow your perception of time — effectively creating more hours in your day, not fewer.

What if I miss a class?

Every session is recorded and available to catch up on. You won't fall behind. Even if life gets in the way and you only make five sessions, five is infinitely better than zero. Research shows it only takes six weeks of meditation to measurably improve your happiness baseline.
